This Privacy Policy explains what information Shabash collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using Shabash, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who runs Shabash

Shabash is operated by Meshly Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@arlohealth.app.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run your personalised wellness plans and keep them safe.

Account & identity	Your name and phone number (used to sign you in via a one-time password sent to your phone).	Create and secure your account; log you in.
Profile & body basics	Age, biological sex, height, weight, activity level, and diet type.	Calculate your personalised calorie/portion targets and plan intensity.
Preferences & routine	Preferred language, wake/sleep times, water goal, food likes/dislikes, cuisines, spice/sweet preference, work & meal times, and location (city, region, timezone).	Make your daily plan realistic, local, and personal, and time it to your real day.
Health information (sensitive)	Allergies, medical conditions, medications, and whether you have a history of disordered eating.	Keep your plan safe — filter out unsafe foods and adjust tone. Allergies are a hard safety filter; conditions/medications are used only to route around risk, never as medical instruction.
App content	Your chats with the Shabash coaches, generated plans, activity logs, and personalisation notes.	Provide the coaching experience and improve your ongoing plan.
Device & notifications	Push-notification token and notification preferences.	Send you plan reminders and coach nudges (only if you allow notifications).

3. How we use your information

To create, personalise, and adapt your daily wellness plans.
To power the AI coaches that answer your questions and generate your plans.
To keep suggestions safe for your allergies, conditions, and preferences.
To sign you in and secure your account.
To send notifications you have opted into.
To operate, maintain, debug, and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share with

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run Shabash, and only as needed:

Messaging providers	Delivering your one-time login code and account messages.
AI / large-language-model providers	Generating coach replies and personalised plans from your plan-relevant inputs.
Push-notification providers	Delivering notifications to your device.
Cloud hosting providers	Hosting our servers and database.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms, and only for the purposes above. We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secured cloud infrastructure. Data in transit is protected over HTTPS, and backups are encrypted at rest. Some service providers may process limited data in other regions to deliver their service.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is erased from our systems. We may retain limited records where required by law.

7. Your rights & choices

Delete your account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). See our account deletion page.
Access & correction: You can view and update your profile details in the app.
Notifications: You can turn notifications on or off, set quiet hours, and mute categories in the app’s settings.
Requests: To exercise any data right, email support@arlohealth.app from your registered contact.

8. Children

Shabash is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and separation of sensitive health data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

10. Health disclaimer

Shabash provides general wellness and lifestyle guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its AI-generated content is not a substitute for a qualified doctor or healthcare professional. Always consult a professional before starting any supplement, diet, or exercise change, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be communicated in the app.
