You can permanently delete your Shabash account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. This page explains how, and exactly what is deleted.

How to delete your account (in the app)

Open the Shabash app and sign in.
Go to Profile (or Settings).
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you confirm, your account and all data are erased immediately and cannot be recovered.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

Your profile and account details (name, phone number, preferences)
Your health & medical profile information
Your daily plans and all plan content
Your course enrollments and progress
Your chat conversations and messages with coaches
Your saved memories, activity logs, and personalization data
Your registered devices and login sessions
Your login credentials

What data is retained

No personal data is retained after deletion. Your entire account and its associated data are removed from our systems in a single operation. Records we are legally required to keep, if any, are retained only as required by law.

Can’t access the app?

If you are unable to sign in to delete your account, contact us at support@arlohealth.app from the email or phone number associated with your account and we will process your deletion request.
